Role Summary

Conceptualize and deliver visually engaging designs aligned with brand guidelines for digital and offline platforms, strengthening brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Accountabilities

• Create assets for social media, websites, ads, and emailers.
• Develop brochures, banners, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across visual communications.
• Edit images, videos, and graphics as business needs evolve.
• Manage multiple projects, feedback, revisions, and deadlines.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Basic video editing knowledge is preferred.

Role Summary

Support a portfolio of innovative consumer electronics and smart home products through product demonstrations, customer guidance, repairs, calibration, testing, service records, and relationship building.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on safe, effective equipment usage.
• Communicate service activities, explain repairs, and guide customers on proper product usage.
• Perform calibration and testing after repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate service and parts records and share reports as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth and efficient service operations.
• Build customer relationships and recommend accessories or consumables on an incentive basis, with no sales targets.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Robotics Engineering.
• Vehicle (2-wheeler) and driving license are mandatory.
• Strong English and Hindi communication skills; regional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a dynamic environment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in products.
• Perform software updates, configuration, and device calibration.
• Ensure serviced products meet performance and safety standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures for repair and service activities.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and repairs.
• Stay updated with new product developments, including AI-based technologies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Robotics Engineering.
• Basic understanding of electronics and troubleshooting techniques.
